Welcome to the ICT Services Web page. The aim of this page is to keep BSJ staff up to date with ICT developments and projects, as well as offering advice and tips on how to get the most out of ICT provision at BSJ. We hope you will find the information here useful, but if you have any suggestions for updates or information you would like to see, please let me know.

  • Increased Support
    Revised staff working hours will soon increase the support window by 2.5 hours to 11 hours daily. The morning (6:30am - 3pm ) and evening ( 9:00am - 5:30pm ) shifts will be staffed by 2 EdTechs, one from Operations and one from Development. These will overlap the existing 7:30am – 4pm support.
  • Gmail
    Year / Form / Departmental group email accounts currently being setup for collaboration / file sharing with students.
  • Ticketing System and Service Charter
