You may check your application with our Admissions officer. Once you have accepted, we will send the conditional acceptance letter with required mandatory documents. Letter of offer will be sent to the students after the completion of the Application form.

Yes. Entrance assessment is required to all applicants to BSJ and assessment is based on age eligibility. This assessment will give us an indication of the child’s understanding of grade level-appropriate English and Math concepts. There is no need to study for the assessments.

Yes, the assessment and interview can be done remotely especially for overseas applicants from Year 1 up to Year 13 at the applicant’s current school supervised by the school staff. For host country applicants, the assessment should be completed at BSJ.

You can re-apply after a previous denial or cancellation of an application by sending last 2 semesters report cards to admissions@bsj.sch.id and paying the application fee.You will need to sit for another entry assessment.

The school starts in August and finishes in July.

We have an EAL (English as an Additional Language) support however each applicant will be assessed individually following review of their initial entry assessment result. EAL assessment will be conducted face-to-face.

The School makes provision for students with Individual Needs (IN) and/or who may require support in English and/or counselling. These provisions are limited and particular levels of support cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, and students may choose one foreign language to learn starting from Year 3 onward. The foreign languages to choose from are French, Spanish, Mandarin and/or Indonesian (as language acquisition).

During school closure, all assessments and tours are conducted virtually.
