Wellbeing Counsellors
We have two full-time wellbeing counsellors who work with students across the whole school. They are skilled to work with a wide range of issues from study skills to disordered eating and from friendship issues to depression. In the secondary school any student can contact the counsellors to arrange a confidential appointment. In addition to one-to-one appointments for both students and parents the wellbeing counsellors also work with Year Leaders in developing content for the wellbeing curriculum and sometimes facilitate these sessions. Often these sessions focus on areas such as dealing with anxiety, developing good relationships, study skills or any other area that a Year Leader feels is either relevant or a priority at that time.
