Hero Container

This is the hero container.

At BSJ, students are offered the chance for a more rounded and holistic education in their lunch breaks, after school hours and weekends through the activity programme. Students can choose equally from dozens of sporting pastimes and cultural or artistic endeavours, from the delicacy of ballet and the adventure of scuba diving to the engaging mad science and the dynamic rock band.

Senior students can also participate in the International Youth Award (Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme). As an internationally-acclaimed award founded in Britain, the award serves to equip young people with life skills to create a difference to themselves, their communities and the world. Participants are encouraged to pursue personal discovery, growth and responsibility through a variety of voluntary and challenging activities.

Please find the schedule of our current Activities below.

Term 2 Activities - Weekly Schedule, 2021-2022

Term 3 Activities - Weekly Schedule, 2021-2022

Please note that although the programme is predominantly face to face, some activities will be online due to maintaining teaching bubbles. You can see this information during registration.

Please also note the timings of the activities as they differ due to logistical reasons of movement around the campus and school finish timings.

Please note that your participation in activities may mean that your arrival and/or departure time from school has now changed on those days of the week. The bus office has been informed of these changes.
Please be aware that due to Covid restrictions at school, bubbling and transport logistics, sessions may have different timings - please check your CHQ page carefully for each Activity start and finish time, as well as locations (face to face in school or online at home).
