At BSJ, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and ethical environment for everyone in our community. If you see or experience anything that concerns you, such as misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of our policies,  you can share your concerns confidentially through our Speak Up platform..

What is Whispli?

Whispli is a secure and anonymous Speak Up platform that allows members of the BSJ community (including current and former employees, students, parents, alumni, volunteers, contractors, vendors, customers, and suppliers) to raise concerns confidentially and anonymously. The platform does not collect personal information, and IP addresses are not tracked to preserve anonymity.

At BSJ, employees are encouraged to raise concerns first with their line manager. If this is not possible or appropriate, concerns may also be taken directly to a senior leader or the Principal.

Alternatively, a report can be submitted through the Whispli application, accessible via the British School Jakarta Whispli URL.

Our Speak Up service, powered by Whispli, allows you to:

• Report concerns securely and anonymously (if you wish)
• Communicate safely with our designated team without revealing your identity
• Be assured your concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly
