International Baccalaureate Programme Years 12 -13
In Years 12 and 13, our school offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP). This programme is highly regarded internationally for its rigorous assessments and ability to prepare students for university and further academic pursuits.This pathway offers a broad and balanced curriculum. It is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education across multiple subject areas. Students who choose this programme engage in in-depth studies in six subject groups: language and literature, language acquisition, individuals and societies, sciences, mathematics, and the arts. In addition to the subject-specific content, the programme also includes the Theory of Knowledge course, the Extended Essay, and the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) component. The IB Diploma Programme encourages students to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and well-rounded individuals who are prepared to excel in higher education.
Throughout their studies in this programme, students are provided with a supportive and stimulating learning environment. The curriculum is designed to cater to individual needs, promote a love of learning, and help students develop strong social skills in a multicultural setting.
