Wellbeing Parent Series

 📅 Tuesday, 9 June 2026
🕗 2.30 - 4:00 PM
📍 BSJ Raffles Theatre

As part of BSJ’s continued commitment to student wellbeing through the BSJ Wellbeing Framework, we are pleased to announce a special afternoon exploring one of the most pressing topics facing our families today: Raising and Educating Boys in 2026, "Who are our boys?"  with Dr Michael Carr-Gregg AO.

We are honoured to welcome Dr Michael Carr-Gregg AO, one of Australia’s leading child and adolescent psychologists, internationally respected author and media commentator, for a powerful and practical parent session.

Dr Carr-Gregg has spent decades working with young people and families and is widely recognised for translating complex research into deeply practical guidance for parents and educators. Recently awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO), one of Australia’s highest national honours, Dr Carr-Gregg was recognised for his distinguished service to child and adolescent mental health, education and community wellbeing.

Insightful, engaging and full of wisdom, Dr Carr-Gregg brings both evidence-based expertise and real-world understanding to the unique challenges of raising and educating boys today. This is not simply a conversation about behaviour or discipline; it is about understanding how identity, masculinity, relationships, mental health and purpose intersect within the developing adolescent male.

We strongly encourage all parents to attend. Whether your child is in BSJ or another school, this session will offer rich insights, practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to support young people to thrive socially, emotionally and academically in the modern world.

We look forward to welcoming you for what promises to be an engaging, thought-provoking and highly valuable session. Don’t miss out!
