This academic year, as part of our Arts Events Programme, the Arts Faculty is exploring a unifying theme that connects learning and creativity across Theatre, Music, Visual Arts, Media Arts, and Film. The chosen theme is CHANGE — one of the key concepts in the MYP Arts curriculum.

The Term 1 Arts Showcase will highlight student work that interprets change from a variety of perspectives:

• What is Change?
• Personal Transformation
• Changes in Relationships
• Seasonal and Climate Change

Each subject will offer its own creative response — through performance, music, visual art, or media — bringing a unique lens to the theme.

By weaving these perspectives together, the showcase demonstrates how ideas connect across different art forms. It’s not only an opportunity for students to share their learning in imaginative ways, but also a celebration of their creativity and achievements within our community.
